Amendment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Any cancellation on a booking over Christmas or New Year is non-refundable.

If Marulan Stayz have to cancel the booking due to the sale or further non-management of the reserved property, Marulan Stayz will then offer an alternative (property) or a full refund.

When cancelling your booking completely, we will refund any prepaid amounts (less a $50.00 administration fee) if the room can be re-booked for the dates of your booking.  If a substitute booking cannot be found, cancellation fees are as per the following schedule:

Cancellation Rates & Periods:

​

• Over 30 days before arrival date - 100% refund less $50 administration fee

• 15 -30 days before arrival date - 100% refund less $50 administration fee

• 0 -14 days before arrival date   - 50% refund less $50 administration fee

Cancellation by Marulan Stayz
In the unlikely instance that a property is withdrawn, Marulan Stayz will endeavour to locate a property of equivalent specifications. However, should the alternative property be unavailable or unsuitable, the Guest/s will receive a full refund of the monies received.
